QD400 Anaerobic/Microaerobic Workstation

Designed to simulate in vivo biological environmental conditions, this workstation provides continuous culture for various cell types, as well as anaerobic and microaerobic microorganisms. It allows precise control of gas, temperature, and humidity within the chamber, integrating functions for cultivation, manipulation, and observation.

Description

Technical Features

1. Integrates direct cultivation, manipulation (subculture, medium exchange, etc.), and observation capabilities within the workstation.

2. Workstation Panels
2.1 Panel Material: Constructed from polypropylene resin plates processed through an annealing process. Offers excellent visibility, superior insulation, strong corrosion resistance, is non-toxic and odorless, and provides effective thermal and moisture retention.
2.2 Panel Connection: The top, front, and bottom panels are integrally bent in one piece to prevent water vapor from condensing at the corners and forming droplets on the front panel. The front panel is inclined upwards from the bottom for ease of observation and operation. An internal laminar flow air duct is incorporated, and a long laminar flow fan at the bottom ensures a more uniform gas environment and temperature distribution throughout the chamber.
2.3 The front and side panels can be removed by hand without any tools, facilitating the transfer of large equipment in/out and simplifying chamber cleaning.

3. Workstation Dimensions
3.1 External Footprint: 1275mm × 735mm × 817mm; can be placed on a standard laboratory bench.
3.2 Internal Dimensions: 520mm × 800mm × 540mm.
3.3 Transfer Chamber Dimensions: 300mm × 290mm × 300mm.

4. Transfer Chamber
4.1 Equipped with a standard transfer chamber located outside the working area, situated on the right side of the workstation. It does not occupy workspace and does not share an entry channel with the sleeve ports.
4.2 Intelligent Transfer Chamber Purging: After culture dishes are placed inside, the transfer chamber undergoes a nitrogen purging process to completely eliminate oxygen before the inner door can be opened to introduce the dishes into the workspace. Both rapid purging and conventional purging modes are selectable.
4.3 Rapid Purging: By pressing the rapid purging button on the screen, the oxygen concentration inside the transfer chamber is reduced to the same level as that within the main chamber, ensuring that sample transfer does not disrupt the internal gas environment.
